I have been freelance writing and working odd jobs for most of my life, I am now 29 and am just finishing my degree in PR. It seems like everyone starting in the PR field is YOUNG. Do I stand a chance of getting hired at my age, without experience outside of my internships?

I’m 47 years old and have happily stayed at home to raise our 3 boys and take care of my husband and home. My boys are now ages 16, 19 & 25, and I’m ready to start a new chapter in my life. Does I need to get any license from city hall if I’m going to start my career in make up? kind of like works in freelance or works at Macy’s..etc.
Actually I was graduated from The Make Up Institute of San Francisco, I’ve got the certificates from there.
