How would I become a freelance web developer?

Ok well in my case it would be different. I am a high school student that is an expert at HTML and CSS. Also I am learning PHP and I would like to start my own company with web design. I am going to go into this as a career and go to tech school but I would love to have my own business. I already have clients and I am getting my reputation ready for when I actually become professional. But I just want some advice and some answers to my question. I also have my terms of service all written up and ready to go.

Your best bet is to set up a Domain and submit it to search engines, If you can e-mail me some of your work, I can pass it arround in Forums.
Get the software needed to become a freelance guy and start your own business.
get a business number and trading name (in aust it’s ABN), then start charging your clients for the work you’re doing.
build your own web site and put your portfolio on there.
put a byline on your clients sites linking to yours, and start telling people to go and have a look once your site is finished.
