You can look through http://www.docstoc.com to find examples of all kinds of things. It is a great place to go to get marketing and proposal examples.

Yea, not 100% sure for what you’re looking for. For design projects, you should probably use some sort of “design” based layout. If you’re good, you should design ‘em yourself! :)
