They have separate Writing and Translation sections and I know Elance even has Creative Writing jobs.
Elance has a free membership that allows you to bid for 3 jobs a month.
Before you bid, make sure you check the Buyer’s profile and have a look at their Award rating (i.e. the number of projects they post on Elance vs. the number of projects they actually award to a provider). If they only award 2% of their projects, it’s not worth bidding for their jobs.
